    Thats what happens to me too. It works though if the video is converted on the fly.

    I've got a note also, but i get the black screen when i try to stream video-files without using the conversion. What OS do you use? 32 or 64 bit? What kind of files do you stream? Are you sure it works without conversion? What else could be different between your setup and mine?

Android app install suggests it can directly make phone calls !
Why ? Reluctant to install .

The server starts, the galaxy tab finds everything.. I find my files.
But when i start something this happens.
It starts up, but only a black screen.. after a few seconds it stops and this message comes:

"Warm prompt"
Network as disconnected
Ok

What have i done wrong? Thanks for replies and sorry for being a noob

Platform: Asus Transformer OS 3.2.1 HC
Pros:
Connects to server
Flows through server folders
Cons:
Keeps flipping from landscape to portrait regardless of tablet position;  airplay end position being portrait
Does not play videos. Goes to media player, appears to load, returns to media settings screeni tried force convert as well

Can't get it to work for me . Help!

flips from landscape to portrait until playing movie then stays portrait.  won't play video in portrait.

Can you post this file on your Galaxy Tab 10.1 where at /proc/cpuinfo and post here , then we can analyze what cpu instruction set it support. Now 0.9beta just only compile support for armv7-a cortext-a8 chip based processor.
