why doesn't it work on android 2.3? just says 'loading' all the time. streaming ok to my iphone. using a ployer momo8 tablet

Downloaded today to try on Google TV with Android, didn't work like I hoped, but hope that something is in the works.  This is a great idea and pairing this with google tv would be amazing.  Thanks for the great work and innovative product

installed it on my asus transformer tablet and it cant see any of my servers so i manually enter the ip address in, click join and air playit crashes and asks me to try again.  i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but with same results.  So i cannot use it on my asus transformer which is a real shame

Installed just fine.... does not see local server and crashes when trying to add manually!
Any fixes yet?

I updated my server yesterday.. Then my Droidx started working..

My Samsung tablet was still having issues adding a server. Would crash every time.

I have rooted both devices so I used root explorer and went to /data/data/com.digiarty.airplayit/databases/ and copied the database from my droidx to my samsung tablet.

Now the tablet sees all my folders and files from my server.(bug one found)

Now when I try to play a simple 2 mb mp3 is says network disconnected. same with a converted video or a raw video.. Hope this helps the airplayit team resolve the issues and get this great product working on more Android devices.. We need another client update..

This is a ridiculous requirement for a streaming service.
Can you please explain the logic behind these obtrusive permissions.
I'm perplexed that no one has any concern about this unless not a single person here reads the required permissions before installing.

Unable to get new Android version to work on new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.  Application crashes; also does not recognize the Air PlayIt server that I just recently setup.  Works fine on my iPad2.  Any thoughts?
